1.    We have been in business since 1989.

2.    The name is actually a combination of two ideas.  First a paladin is a knight doing service in a noble cause.  Secondly retrieval stands for the retrieval of information which is the cornerstone of our business.

3.    We are engaged in these services outside of medical transcription and offer them in an effort to be as close to a full service company as possible.
